Case Study: creative

Brand Identity System, E-Commerce Storefront & Paid Acquisition

Brand guidelines manual, custom WooCommerce infrastructure, and inventory-synced Meta advertising for a direct-to-consumer denim label.

The Challenge

Rivvet Jeans manufactures heavyweight denim for the direct-to-consumer market. Managing warehouse inventory across three fulfillment hubs with fragmented spreadsheets caused overselling on peak waist sizes and ad spend running on out-of-stock SKUs. Their visual identity also drifted across social media, product packaging, and their online shop.

The Solution & Result

We established a centralized brand identity documented in a Brand Manual: primary and secondary wordmarks, pocket stitch blueprints, garment trim specifications, and typography tokens. We then built a custom WooCommerce storefront with direct stock tracking per variation. Around the store, we deployed Meta and Google paid acquisition funnels synchronized to warehouse counts: campaigns pause automatically on low-inventory sizes to protect cash flow. The brand gained consistent visual standards from label tags to mobile checkout, zero stockouts during drop events, and sustained 3.4x return on ad spend across denim and apparel categories.
