Why ordinary branding fails.

Most agencies treat branding as purely decorative art, handing you static logo assets that break on mobile and lose alignment on sales decks. We treat brand identity as an engineering requirement — a scalable, systematic visual language.

Brand Architecture & Visual Systems

Visual identity engineered as a scalable design system, not a lone logo file.

We build cohesive brand positioning, typography, color systems, and tokenized Figma component libraries that hold up across investor decks, web products, and paid campaigns.

Who it's for

You should hire us if…

  • You're pre-launch with a product close to ready and need a brand before the first marketing push — not a logo made in Canva the day before.
  • You've been running two to five years with a brand that's drifted. The website, deck, product UI, and social accounts all look like they belong to different companies.
  • You're preparing for a Series A or acquisition and need brand assets that stand up to a professional VC audience.
  • You're consolidating product lines or rebranding after an acquisition and need a system that can hold multiple sub-brands.
  • You're an agency or firm whose brand sits below the quality of your work. Your output outclasses your identity.
What ships

What a branding engagement includes.

A brand is a system, not a logo. Every project ships the whole system — the thinking, the visuals, and the rules for keeping it consistent after we leave.

Brand strategy session.
Positioning, audience, competitive differentiation, voice principles. The thinking that holds the visuals together.
Naming (if needed).
Shortlist, trademark search, domain availability check — not a brainstorming session with no legal check.
Logo system.
Primary, secondary, favicon, animated variants where it fits. Not one logo — a system that scales from favicon to billboard.
Colour system.
Primary, secondary, accent, neutral. Every pairing WCAG AA checked for accessibility.
Typography system.
Display, body, mono — with pairings, fluid sizes, and line-height rules ready for CSS.
Voice guide.
Twenty-plus example sentences across contexts (website, email, support, legal) so your writers know what sounds right.
Figma library.
Variables, components, documentation. Set up so your team can swap colours or fonts without rebuilding files.
Brand book PDF.
Shareable, printable, ready for new hires, external agencies, and partners.
Our approach

What we won't do.

Branding has more bad actors than any discipline we work in — "48-hour logo for $99" is a whole industry. These are the shortcuts we don't take.

  • No one-week brand sprints. If the strategy work isn't done, the logo is just a shape. We don't ship brands without the thinking behind them.
  • No single-logo deliverables. A logo without a system goes inconsistent within weeks. Colour drifts, type gets swapped. Our minimum is the full identity.
  • No "unlimited revisions". Unlimited revisions means the brief wasn't right. We lock to two rounds and extend only when the scope genuinely changes.
  • No crypto-adjacent, gambling, or weapons brands. The craft is the same, our interest in it isn't.
FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a brand identity project include?

Research and positioning, naming (if needed), a logo system (primary, secondary, icon), a color system with WCAG-checked palette, typography system, iconography, brand voice guidelines, and a shareable brand book PDF. Everything delivered in Figma with team access for ongoing edits.

How long does branding take?

A startup brand sprint runs 4–6 weeks. A full rebrand with research and multiple rounds runs 8–12 weeks. We don't do two-week brand projects — a brand that gets to definition before it gets to design always outlasts one that doesn't.

Do you work with Figma brand systems?

All our brand deliverables live in Figma, with variables set up so your team can swap colors or fonts without rebuilding files. We hand over organized libraries, not flat screenshots, so the system is maintainable long after we're gone.

Can you refresh an existing brand without a full rebuild?

Brand refreshes are often the right move for mid-stage companies. A typical refresh modernizes the logo (keeping the equity), tightens the color system, upgrades typography, and documents the whole thing. Lands in 3–4 weeks and costs about a quarter of a full rebrand.

Do you design logos only?

No. A logo alone solves nothing. If you need just a logo without a brand system, we can refer you to specialists who do that well. Our minimum engagement is the brand sprint, because an orphan logo without a system around it becomes inconsistent within weeks.

Let's build something that actually works.

Every week you wait on a weak brand is a week of leads you don't get back. Tell us where it hurts and we'll show you exactly what fixing it looks like.
