1. Our Services

We provide web and software development, branding, SEO, paid media, and quality assurance services. The specific scope, timeline, and cost for your project will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

2. Ownership

• Your Ownership: Once a project is paid in full, you own the custom assets we built for you — code, designs, and content created specifically for your project.
• Our Ownership: We retain ownership of our own internal tools, frameworks, and methods that we reuse across projects. These aren't part of what we hand over, but they also don't limit your use of what we built for you.

3. What We Commit To

We stand behind the quality of our work. If something we build doesn't function as agreed in the project scope, we'll fix it. That said, we don't guarantee specific business outcomes — things like ad performance (ROAS), search rankings, or conversion rates depend on factors outside our control, including changes made by third-party platforms like Meta and Google.

4. Ending an Engagement

Either party can end an active engagement with written notice, as specified in your project agreement. Once outstanding invoices are settled, we'll package up and hand over your project files and data.
