The Challenge
The client operated multi-warehouse retail logistics across Pakistan and needed direct credit/debit card processing via Bank Alfalah IPG (Internet Payment Gateway). Off-the-shelf plugins lacked 3D-Secure 2.0 validation, order reconciliation webhooks, and automatic dispatch routing to Frisbo hubs.
The Solution & Result
Programmed an audited, PCI-compliant WooCommerce Bank Alfalah payment gateway plugin with HMAC-SHA256 signature verification and automated IPN callbacks. Built background cron jobs to sync completed transactions directly with Frisbo warehouse fulfillment endpoints.
