The Challenge
Dascon has built in Pakistan since 1977, and it is the group behind DCC Developers and Eight Square. Project approvals moved over paper and chat threads, and the company had no single register of its assets.
The Solution & Result
We built dascon.com.pk as the corporate site for the group, then built two internal systems: an IR portal where project initiatives move through a proper approval flow, and an asset management system that keeps every company asset in one register. We run their social media on a monthly content calendar. Approvals move through the portal instead of getting lost in chats. Every asset is logged in one system. The group has a corporate site that matches a company building since 1977.
